I consume about twice as normal on the IDT, unless the intensity is zone 1, or very low zone 2.

I have also started eating for anything longer than an hour (not the 75 minute efforts, but close to 1.5 hours and longer).

All of a sardine IDT’s have become so popular

 

Ive only seen this kind of increase once before, expat Saffas and that was gradual over time.

 

When I joined the hub hardly anyone rode IDT or lived overseas

 

Times are a changing
