Cadence World - Krugersdorp

Owned a Toyota about 6 or 7 years ago and they used to do that. Not sure if they still do. They’d phone you two days or so after a service to ask if everything was to your satisfaction.

edit: maybe my point is that with the cost of  bike services of bikes starting to rival and in many cases surpass those of cars, maybe bike shops should step up their service too.

Exactly. At most dealers the car is tested by the service advisor / workshop manager once work is finished. Independent of the mechanic that worked on the car.

Why not at the bike shops? 5 minute test would have avoided this.

Cadence World is picking up the bike and resolving the issue for him.

So you get in your car, drive around and back to the dealership to tell them everything is ok before heading home?

No... I get in my car, check that everything I asked for was done, take the highway home. If all is good, happy days, if not, I take it back. Quite simple really.
