Teardrop Posted June 1, 2020 Share Hi All I am looking for help to find version 4 software for Tacx i-Magic virtual trainer. As Garmin (new support of Tacx) have indicated they have no more support for version 4 I am dead in the water. P.S> thanks for the notification that they probably sent via the South Africa post office! I would really appreciate it if there is someone out there that can assist with Software as we are struggling to re-install the software. Also does anyone know if it is compatible with windows 10? If so, I'm afraid I don't think you're going to get going.I had problems recently, and as I understand it:The software still works if it is already installed. But the Tacx servers that it ran on are no longer working, so you can't re-install it, because you need to enter a code, which needs to be verified (which would require their servers to be working), to complete installation. Mine is thankfully still installed and running, but you can't update anything, do virtual rides, or save your rides, or anything else that would have needed access to their servers.It does run on Windows 10, despite the fact that some sources say it does not. Thanks IF your old trainer (the physical trainer, not a dongle) has Bluetooth, then yes, you can link to third party software like Rouvy, Zwift, etc. If your old trainer does not support Bluetooth, then no, not that I have found.
