Mtb baggies non padded

Hi guys, on a few threads guys mentioned non padded baggies, which make sense, so just use your bib underneath.

Anyone bought these ones, how do they work out, to flappy, to long, just right? They seem well made, what other options, makes, suppliers? https://ciovita.co.za/products/mens-trail-baggies

I am keen to order jerseys so would not mind matching pants.

Yip just Baggies but not Baggies, proper slim fit. No padding. Those alpine stars look sick....in a very good way.

Look at ION maybe https://thebrandstable.co.za/product-category/ion-bike/

I just bought some gear from them. Super good quality.

I've got a pair of the Ciovita baggies and I like them. Much more tailored fit than the Fox baggies I have. My only gripe is that they only have one tiny pocket on the bum. Would prefer a few more pockets. Otherwise they are comfy, don't flap around and are pretty hardy. I've had a crash or two wearing them and they have stood up pretty well.

I've got a pair of the Ciovita baggies. I've also got a pair for the Enjoy Reptilia equivalents.

Speaking just about the Ciovita shorts. They are nicely fitted and have just the correct amount of stretch. They don't flap around too much. They are made of a bit of a "scratchy" material so if you don't like that you might not enjoy them.

The Enjoy's are more or less the same in terms of fit and style.

I recently bought a roadie kit from Vye. Based on the quality of that kit my next pair of trail shorts will be Vye.

All baggies as non padded baggies.

Am I missing something?

I have a few pairs of Scott padded (lined) baggies. So there seems to be those and then surfer type for MTB'ing.

I bought the new Fox Flexair with no padding. So good I went back and bought another one. Fit really well and have a ratchet system to tighten at the waist. Only consideration, they make a bit of a rustling type noise when you pedal - doesn't worry me at all.
