dasilvarsa Posted January 1, 2021 Share Better to Speak to the Specialized Agents Directly.
Rocket-Boy Posted January 2, 2021 Share Yeah with Spez the warranty will be voided if any 3rd party repaints it.I doubt you will get any joy from Spez themselves but worth asking to know where you stand.

ByronH Posted January 2, 2021 Share Is the scratch all the way down to the metal or the base coat? It looks pretty deep to me... I see the silver below the black paint
DR ◣◢ Posted January 2, 2021 Share It looks pretty deep to me... I see the silver below the black paintI’d phone the shop. I’ll sure they have a connection to do touchups or you could give it a bash if you have a steady hand. I’m waiting for paint for my bike. Cable rubbed down to the raw carbon. Eugene Posted January 3, 2021 Share Yeah with Spez the warranty will be voided if any 3rd party repaints it.I doubt you will get any joy from Spez themselves but worth asking to know where you stand.I can understand voiding the warranty if the whole frame is resprayed, but it looks as if he only wants a scratch touched up. But I agree, to be safe, confirm with the agents (preferably via email so there is a record of their approval)
