Dadbod Racing Posted January 27, 2021 Share Hi guys. So I pulled the trigger. I've got a scott bike in a small frame. I tried sitting on the medium frame and it was too big. The small frame is just right. Being a second hand bike I also got them to change the rear tyre, which they so kindly did not charge me for. I've also purchased a helmet, pump and bottle cage. Look forward to riding this evening. New bike day congrats!

Dr R Posted January 27, 2021 Share I found this thread super useful. I have been riding a 54cm Road bike and now want to try an MTB. I must say, after 3 weeks of reading up and watching YouTube videos I was left more confused by all the lingo. This thread has helped me though. ???? Pj2106 Posted January 28, 2021 Share Hi guys. This is what I've bought. Went out this morning for a short ride. It was fantastic. Best decision I've ever made. I've noticed a few things. The front derailleur needs a slight adjustment. I got a bit of chain rub in 8th gear. I've contacted the shop, they said to bring it back for adjustment. I'd rather they check it first before I interfere and ruin it more. tinmug, ChrisF, Dusty and 1 other
