mecheng89 Posted February 15, 2021 Share Good morning Samsung consumers! Upgraded to the S21 Ultra and it seems now you have to claim your extras. I'm really struggling my backside off and running out of patience. It refuses to accept my email ID, even though I use my Samsung Members email. Has anyone else upgraded and succeeded?
