FootballingCyclist Posted July 20, 2021 Share Tubulito have come out with a new upgraded inner tube called the "X-Tubo City/Tour" which is a Polyurethane Inner Tube which has a 1 year warranty against all punctures. So buying 2 tubes which are going to last you 1 year guaranteed (if it punctures get another under warranty), Seems like an investment of sorts if you not the typa guy to patch tubes. https://www.tubolito.com/product/x-tubo-city-tour/ Edited July 20, 2021 by FootballingCyclist Jewbacca

I did find out though that Schwalbe make a super light, super pliable, fully recyclable inner tube which looks awesome; https://www.schwalbetyres.co.za/road/schwalbe-aerothan-700-x-35-50c-tube/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw6NmHBhD2ARIsAI3hrM1WBw0odPdz8SBtM-48CkMk0N9CZiKxOHZTAXOOZIrMV3V5M3MLBTQaAmrDEALw_wcB It's expensive, but might be worth it as per 100 tours above Thank you. TNT1 Posted July 20, 2021 Share On review, I think I puncture on average once every three years. I cannot justify this tjoob cost. FootballingCyclist and Jewbacca

Store tubeless road wheels with the tyres inflated to high pressure results in the spokes detensioning. Latex has an auto deflate feature to prolong wheel life _David_ and 100Tours

splat Posted January 19, 2022 Share Pirelli's Smartube has made its arrival in SA. As expected, pricing is a bit eye watering. I don't think that these are intended to be all day every day inner tubes (or perhaps they are). If I was brave enough to buy one, it would be because its small in my roadie jersey pocket tool pouch as a spare tube. https://evobikes.co.za/?s=smartube&post_type=product&type_aws=true&aws_id=1&aws_filter=1&awscat=Form%3A1+Filter%3AAll These are not puncture proof as per this thread's title.
