I’ll try and keep my attempts at humour to the few NCR topics that still float around here… and here I was hoping you would grace us with a Squish squish slurp gurgle RocknRolla

Complete Cyclists have said I should bring it in and they'll fix it but I'm quite curious if anyone know what the issue could actually be here? droo Posted August 3, 2021 Share Blown damper. Either service or warranty, depending on how old it is and service history. Some of these shocks had an issue with the main damper shaft seal sucking in air due to flex, if it's one of the affected ones they'll replace mahala. mattrat

On topic: send it for a service, a seal or shim is ******. Oil also degrades over time.

MajG Posted November 11, 2021 Share I just fitted a rockshox yari, rc charger. On the slightly bigger hits it makes a squish noise. Played around with rebound , 3 clicks up n then 3 clicks down from midpoint to check if changes but sound remains. Fork was brand new, but I had the springs changed out to slightly smaller. Fork works, noise just irritating

Fork works, noise just irritating Higher end forks are notorious for squelcy sounds under rebound when taking big hits. Ohlins are notorious for this. Take a video and try to get in contact with Devon at cape cycles and see what he says. MajG and DieselnDust 1

Will attach the gopro, hopefully can capture the squishy noises. More concerned if it's a thing to worry about, seals broken etc.
