Liam_Volschenk Posted August 25, 2021 Share Hey guys, I will be down in East London for a few weeks, I'd like to know if there are any decent gravel routes around? I'll be staying near Glen Gariff most of the time but obviously happy to travel for a nice route.
fanievb Posted August 25, 2021 Share There are a few out that way, a few big circular routes depending on the distance you want to do Liam_Volschenk

WaynejG Posted August 25, 2021 Share Whatever you do stay away from the Kwelera to Kei Mouth route. 70km but I died about 100 times. fanievb

Yip, EL and surrounds has some wicked hills, a few years back, after being taken on tour by the locals first time round, I had to call the lovely wife to come fetch me at the bottom of the last hill! DirtyDan Posted December 18, 2023 Share Is gravel grinding still popular in and around EL or am I better off finding a road cycling group? MTB is number one, but trying to plan which will be the alternative…
