This must be a poser.... No one with such small calves could finish the mighty cape epic.....

Pretty "bold" to put the year on it though.

good point re the calves....

Did he finish with such a little calf definition? clearly spent more on his tat than his training plan

cape epic tattoos are a thing. (and have been for a while!)

including even the old logo

bit shortsighted to not have the "presented by ABSA" as a footnote but maybe there's copyright laws on that.

I'm sure I'm going to be in the minority here but i don't have an issue with these tattoos. Tattoos are a personal choice and they normally tell a story. At least these have some meaning better than some random tramp-stamp or some crapy tribal tattoo.

My view also. Dolphins on a belly button are so over done.

yes!

thing is, you know an event has got to a new level when people start doing tats of the logo on finishing.

i expect munga will be next (haven't seen one)

[please tell me no one has done a freedom challenge tattoo]

it's the ultimate of the MBA/Bishops/ humblebrag series.

I once tried to enter the Epic when it was only about R12k - didn't get in, but maybe I could get a tattoo - "attempted to get an entry for the Epic".
