Those are very rare unfortunately.  If you cant find a Scott Twinlock, you can also use the Fox one, 2 cables, 3 positions also meant for "CTD".

I ordered a lever about 2 years back from Scott rep thru my LBS (crown cycles).

Came within 2 days and wasn't much more expensive than the cheapie fox 2 way lever (twin lock lever is miles superior IMO)

I had both, first on my x Scott 950 spark and now the Fox on my RM.  I prefer the Fox one by far.  However, I still have the older one, first pic, fairly bigger than the twinlock, but I like it much better.  I do agree, the new one (second pic) look crappy although I have zero experience with it:

Yes but as far as I know that is not what the OP is after.  The old ones do 2 cables 3 positions (CTD).  This "new" one is open & close only for the newer shocks.

Some of us cant afford to be on the latest & greatest .... :) .

Edit: I actually have on of these new remotes lying in the garage because I mistakenly thought I can use it on my old shock & fork ... :( .

Hi

I have this remote from my 2014 Spark RC, which I am not going to use. You're welcome to it.
