John I just confirmed, that property belongs to a friend.

 

CSA moved out about three years ago, apparently in Parklands now.  I have asked if they can confirm the new address.

I’ve just sent a mail to Tarryn (membership queries). She normally responds to my emails within the same day. I’m the CSA administrator at my club and cycle race, so there is a fair amount of comms back and forth. 

I’ll update here if I get anything.

They have responded. The offices have been closed since July 2020.

sounds like many big businesses in SA then, the numbers that go through to humans are not answered, the automated systems are useless, if you're lucky your email gets an auto response but nothing more

I can't complain about their response to emails; it's usually very prompt.
Then again, I'm not sending to a generic mailbox.

Same here.  On the CSA-Schools side the emails are answered promptly.
