Hairy Posted March 6, 2021 Share RIP Bunny Wailer Bob Marley & The Wailers do a live in-studio performance for London's Top Gear Radio Show before performing live for BBC Channel 2′s Old Grey Whistle Test. They perform "Stir It Up" and "Concrete Jungle" during this set. This is one of only 2 or 3 times where Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, and Bunny Wailer are captured on video performing together as The Wailers. Band Lineup Bob Marley, vocals, rhythm guitar Peter Tosh, vocals, lead guitar Bunny Wailer, vocals, percussion Aston Barrett, bass Carlton Barrett, drums Earl 'Wya' Lindo, keyboards Legends the lot of them! Blokman Posted March 16, 2021 Share This weekend while driving home from Bela Bela this was playing on the radio. I still told my wife that The Helicopters were the best thing ever to come out of Vereeniging. Then I heard the sad news this morning that the drummer Franco de Nuzzo passed away over the weekend . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_p8FbOcZgg Edited March 16, 2021 by Blokman Albatross and SilverRider

cfcjim Posted March 18, 2021 Share One of the few covers Zappa did. From Does Humor Belong in Music. Frank looks rather pleased, and so he should. Nominative determinism alert: the drummer is Chad Wackerman. zappa
