willpower Posted January 7, 2007 Share A couple of months ago MultiSport Magazine did a profile on Kirsty Weir (3rd in her age group at world duathlon champs last year). Apparently her resting heart rate is

cat-i Posted January 7, 2007 Share hah! quickly went through my suunto's training logs. lowest heart rate i recorded is at the bottom of a 400metre hill outside my house; so everywhere i cycle i go down there first ... and if i do that first thing in the morning, it's pretty much "resting", isn't it? lowest i got there was 45 (& a few 46's; majority in 50's though)
