Op die einde was ek slegs 7 keer op my fiets en 6 keer daarvan was om iets by die kafee te gaan koop wat 1,5 km is. Het Sondag 'n week terug weer begin ry. Niks te erg nie, net om weer in die ding in te kom. Wat moet ek sondag doen. Cape Cobra gaan ry en vrek of eerder 'n rustiger lang ride gaan doen? bikemonster Posted January 18, 2007 Share Start a couple of groups lower than your seeding and don't do anything unnecessarily manly unless you feel frisky in the last 15km. If you still feel the pace is too hot, relax and wait for the next group to come along. With a little luck you will find that your legs aren't quite as rotten as you are worrying, and you will in any case get a good long ride under your belt. FanieFiets Posted January 18, 2007 Share Die probleem is dat ek nie sulke om races rustig te doen maar bang vir blaas. Maar ek sien dat almal dink die race is 'n beter idee (behalwe vir die kafee).
