wonduhboy Posted February 20, 2007 Share Bored girl, I went to see Arran and he set up my road bike for me.Since then I have no pain (apart from dying up hills) when on the bike.He also made some big changes to my set up and I can honestly say it helped. What was even more amazin was that before he set me up, he asked me if I had pain in specific parts of my body (and he was spot-on) just by looking at my original set up vs my body. Thug Posted February 20, 2007 Share hehe, you're not supposed to get carpet burns from riding your bike at home. Riding other things yes, but not your bike Seriaassly, that was the best move you could make. I had my bike set-up by Arran and have never looked back. Chilli Pepper Posted February 20, 2007 Share Contact details and pricing?? I need to have the setup on my bikes checked too. I had my Scott done in Klerksdorp before I got the Cannondale and was very happy. It made a huge difference to have the setup done exactly for my build and riding style. bikemonster Posted February 20, 2007 Share i now have a carpet burn on my knee my arm looks like someone beat me up and i have (or will as soon as the internal pain stops ) a huge bruised area on my lower back Sure, bored girl, those "injuries" seem completely consistent with riding a bike indoors, which so-o-o-o-o-o-o many people do. My guess is that you are not bored at all!

Thug Posted February 20, 2007 Share BG - does he charge per fitting session or is it per bike? I don't know BB, rather phone him. With you a Little BB, it could work out rather expensive if it's per bike.

NotSoBigBen Posted February 20, 2007 Share Thug - You hit the nail on the head there! Me, 2 * road and 2 * MTBHim, 2 * road and 1 * MTB Will call him some time, perhaps do 1 road each and MTB then mimic the setup on the other? Probably an issue with different geometry of bikes as well. Ok better make that call!
