narra Posted February 27, 2007 Share Hi People Just finished watching the NBS edit of IM Kona 2006. I watched it in lunch time The edit is about 1:30. All the old favorites were there, blaceman(ALS) and Team Hoyt(Rick and Dick). There were also a nun that finished her 20th IM, she is 79, remarkable. Norman Stadler broke the course record on the bike and won by 1 minute and a few seconds. Third closest finished in the races history. The ladies race was also good but the OZ dominated it from the start, I think. I will have to watch it again to make sure They also showed the wind in all its glory, riders that need to lean into the wind. Looks like they had to much to drink Did Kona 2006 been screened on SA TV ? They did showed 2005 last year.
