Looks like they developed some new, light Cosmic tubbies.

at 1185 grams for the set, they can finally compete with the other high end deep sections.http://idata.over-blog.com/0/02/72/10/mavic-2007/cosmic-carbone-ultimate.jpg

You had better start saving up or planning a bank robbery. They are not coming cheap. Approx. 2800 Euro...

They may be light and functional, but this "industrial" look seems half finished and plain ugly!

I thought carbon spokes were banned. Maybe I'm wrong. I do not like. Hubs look crap and I don't like the all-in-one set-up. What if something brakes.

I'm not a mavic fan myself, but I've met some people who are very loyal to certain brands. Wink

At least mavic fans wanting to ride with deep sections will now be able to have light bikes too.

Skinny Cyclists like Ryan Cox & Michael Rasmussen doesn't look strong at all either, but they are very f%^&kin strong flying up a mountain!!!
