Any ladies keen to ride CT (SS area)

Hey all

 

Am new to the Southern Suburbs and keen to find some ladies to ride with! Am currently riding with the Southern Suburbs Team but the female side is seriously lacking (i.e it's just me!).

 

So, if there are any ladies out there keen to join...

Oh, also, our DC training team consists of 16 lads and me...so female support would be awesome!

DC training team...in other words you are no rookie. I'd be keen to ride with you or any other ladies of the SS (road and/or mountain), but the problem is, are we on the same page ability / fitness wise. I hate riding with someone if I know I'm keeping them back and they aren't getting the training they should because of me. Private me if you are interested and we can chat. (You aren't by any chance Angelpie?)

Hey, nope, wouldn't class myself as a rookie but alson not keen to kill myslef every ride! Ride both MTB and road but more of a roadie (MTB just if raining and can't hit road).

 

Would want to do between 40-70km rides in the week and around 100km on weekends.

I ride in Tokai forest on a Tuesday for one and half to 2 hrs with a group of fairly fit to fit ladies - Am wanting a few ladies to cycle with on a Mon or Fri as well at about 8.30am . I am training for the 50km Knysna mtb race so will have to do a couple of longer rides as well.
