I've seen Rule nr 5 mentioned a lot.

 

I like the following rule, too.

Yup. Starting to miss you geezers. :D

Must first train on my own, get my level up a bit, and then I can TRY and ride with you guys again. At this stage I will just frustrate you and myself.

Thanks for the mail G. Also a little 'vetgat' at the moment... My last long ride was with you chaps when we did the climbing sufferfest. But back on the program and doing an hour and 30mins 3 times a week to get the legs going again. You gents have a lekka ride ekse!

Temp, Wind and Rain is all showing to be Constant, with no change in conditions from Friday morning till Saturday midnight! Sunday shows to be VERY Cold with no Wind and No Rain. I will be there Sunday morning.
