Fox Talas Fork

Having just upgraded my wheels, I am now keen on getting the Fox Forx Float Talas RL fork to replace my old 05' Manitou Black. As seen here at Chainreaction.

Is this, as my LBS says, worth the wads of money it will cost, and is there anything else I should be looking at that could cost a tad less than the Talas. Will I even notice the difference between my current Manitou and the new Talas.

Chris....I switched from a Manitou Black 100mm to a Fox F100. At the same travel the Fox was a HUGE improvement over the Black.

 

The Black sucks in comparison!

 

Have subsequently switched to the Talas and LOVE it. A lot plusher than the F100.

 

Do it....you will not regret it!
