Shucks is it afriman again! I remember the one year I did it-cramped so badly on the last run it took me 65min for that 10k!

its actually gone much better this year with the Teavigo series. Up to last year there was few <100 athletes at each event. This year its about 250-300 at each. Great stuff!

shyte! Miss the sport though.....I think it is very underestimated how much that sport can grow.....Gauteng is doing something right.

Ja but it makes you climb so much better... But ja I agree-running just gets to me.  Swimming on the other hand is probably the most boring sport I've ever done in my life.  Even carpet bowls is better...

Try running from something/someone. Jealous husband, rotweilers, etc - makes it much more interesting...

had a couple of those.....the rotweiler part was getting to me.....then got pepper spray.....works like a bomb!Big%20smile

"WHAT" = 10 k run, 70 cycle, and 5 k run... So I'll rather rest well for it.

Nice to see some hubbers doing the Afriman, Cervelo is this your first Afriman?

 

Why not do the Teavego the week before? "im thinking of doing it aswell"
