Charl_TC3 Posted March 8, 2010 Share What's the BIGGEST "must do/have" you're looking for in a cycling retailer?
Red Zone Posted March 8, 2010 Share A good range of DIY bits such as cables, housings, brake pads, bearings, and assorted nuts & bolts. A selection of good tools is also important

Mojoman Posted March 8, 2010 Share I have just driven to Rustenburg from where I live in Magalies (about 60km) for a new saddle and some spares, could have gone to K/Dorp (30km) but the service is much better in Rustenburg and the shop is much bigger and better stocked. HairyLegs Posted March 8, 2010 Share Honesty - Test them with a question you know the answer to. See if they give the right answer or a lot of BS and try to convince you that you need a more expensive option.

traaidmark Posted March 8, 2010 Share I just someone who does what they need to and tell me they will do. little things like actually phoning me back when they say they would, or actually fixing my bike, and not give me a different answer time after time for the same problem.
