Help me spend 7K on some MTB wheels

Hi all

I have a friend (lets call him Ganesh)

Ganesh is looking for some MTB wheels. His budget is +/- 7K.

The wheels must be UST, and they need to be fairly strong as Ganesh rides hard, and weighs about 85kg.

Any ideas??

Thanks

all very nice.are the crank bros UST? and what is the weight?

they don't need to be as the spokes attach to the outside of the rim so the rim has no holes, so no rim tape etc.......like a car wheel.......simple but clever.

Check these out:

*note the store is not functional as yet... should be live by the end of the week ;)

J-Bend Industry Nine hubs laced to either Stans 355, Arch or Flow rims on your choice of DT spokes... Wheelset should come in at 1500g, 1580g and 1650g respectively [depending on spokes of course] and pricing should be around the R8k mark.
