advice for a new front fork

i have a 2009 giant strata and i would like to upgrade the front suspension, I have found a rock shox tora u-turn but apparantly that has 140mm of travel and my bike is designed for 100mm shocks.

does anyone know any websites or have any advice for me.

The tora has up to 140 think it goes from 100mm but I could be wrong on that, Its adjustable,
