MichH Posted July 26, 2007 Share I saw this reflective vest on a motorbiker last week. I stopped him and found out where he bought it from. It has 16 red flashing leds front and back plus the reflective strips. We test rode them yesterday morning at 5am. I could see my buddy "flashing" from 300 metres and the motorists gave us a clear berth. Maybe they thought we were aliens! If you want one, PM me (I FLY) and I will give you the contact details. The lights run off 2 penlight batteries and the total cost for each vest was R120. MichH2007-07-26 04:43:

word Posted July 26, 2007 Share I have been riding in a road workers vest that works but it flaps a lot in the wind and does not have flashing lights. I want one of these! Please post the details.
MichH Posted July 26, 2007 Share You will have to ask I FLY, I'm posting on his behalf. You see, he is 'slightly' technically challenged and I had to retrieve the pic from an MMS, onto an email, saved and then posted (actually if I say it like that, it does sound chalenging!) Ronelle, if you are logged in, you should see a 'My Hub" option in the top menu bar. This has a 'Member List' function which you can use to search for any Hubber by username and then PM from the profile page.
