dirtman Posted June 1, 2010 Share Please note that the Hillcrest MTB trails outside Durbanville wil be closed for riding this Sunday 6 June till <?: prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />2 pm due to the Western Province XC race being held there. It will also not be possible to cross from Hillcrest to Contermanskloof and vice versa. If you are looking for a place to ride on Sunday, go and ride the new trails at Meerendal on the Vissershok road or do Contermanskloof.

TitusTi Posted June 2, 2010 Share ...or ride the race Just had a look at the route, seems most of the singletrack has been removed, anybody know why?
theror Posted June 2, 2010 Share Yeah, saw that, wtf? So much good singletrack right there. Perhaps they trying to entice more people into lap racing? Either way, in my opinion, XC lap racing needs as much singletrack as possible.
