Guest colonel Posted July 31, 2007 Share Doing it on a hardtail and call me "OCD" but you have more feeling for the bike. Weird I know dont ask. Eating what I normally eat, why change 8months before? You not gonna start to carbo load now are you?? Havent started training for it yet Im training for our Spring league from Sept-November then will train for Summer League and then go do the Epic for some relax time and fun. 97% will be on the road and I'll go offroad once or twice a week to keep the technical thing in order but thats about it.colonel2007-07-31 06:58:
Velouria Posted July 31, 2007 Share Doing the same as colonel - focusing on all sorts of other things for now - Spring and Summer Leagues, Dirtopia 24hr etc. But I have started training already, with the Epic being the end goal.

GoLefty!! Posted July 31, 2007 Share Good lOrd what you haven;t started training yet???! Dude you better get started cos you need at least 52 weeks to get into any decent sort of shape for the Epic. Hours per week currently: 10.Nutrition: A blanced diet of Sushi, Steak and veggies, Water, Coffee, and Pronutro washed down with Becks Non AlcoholicBike: road bike, MTB, Girlfriend. doesn't matter just get the miles in. These things aren;t important. you ave to start thining about what tyres, what shifters, what shorts. Damn man you are so far behind.
