getting an email response

sorry guys before the site upgrade i would get an email when i had posted on a blog or created on

now i am not receiving emails so dont know when someone has answered my add

what am i doing wrong

please help

You can set this option in your profile settings.

 

Select "My Settings" from the user dropdown menu:

 

On the "Notification Options" tab, check the "Watch every topic I reply to" and select "Immediate Notification"

 

Also ensure that the email notification option is checked for topic and post notifications.

I am receiving e-mails on topics that I chose to follow, but know I have to open the website to read the response/feedback. I used to see it in the e-mail. Is this correct?

In the Notification Options screenshot above, there's an option to "Include a copy of the post when emailing me from a Watched topic" (just above "Watch every topic I reply to").

 

If you check this option you'll receive the post in the email as well.
