Anyone know where you can find a bicyle service stand, sort of like the clamp one you see at most LBS, but that clamps on the BB and Fork?

Only comment from looking at the picture is that it might be unstable having only one leg.

wonduhboy, all the manufacturers in the examples I posted except the last guy are represented in South Africa. I just used the website to obtain the examples.
