jugheaddave Posted June 25, 2010 Share nice work, do u think the paint shop paint will be as tough as original giant paint?
Plentipotential Posted June 25, 2010 Share nice work, do u think the paint shop paint will be as tough as original giant paint? Previous bike was an Anthem, 2008, also a silver blue combo. Factory paint was very thin. This is a solid base paint with a few coats of clear (very hard) so should outlast the factory paint job. Cost R380 so not a big deal to redo when I replace the suspension bearings.

Plentipotential Posted June 25, 2010 Share What is the weight? 13kg's fork is pretty heavy. I weigh 90 kg's so weight was never an issue rather strength and durability.

Plentipotential Posted June 28, 2010 Share Yes an awesome paint/build job. Price not that bad as well. Who did the anodizing? Astro Anodizing in Sebenza, they have a minimum charge so I sent the bits in with some other goods. Think the min is R350.00.
