Mudsimus Posted July 19, 2010 Share I own the On*one inbred. Pretty much the same frame. Im over the moon. The ride from the steel frame is just unbelieveable. But do some searches on reviews. I know there is a few on MTBR.

Mudsimus Posted July 19, 2010 Share Yes the 456 is the long travel frame. But as far as I know they use the same tubing. Its just the summer season frames that is different.

Hairy Posted July 20, 2010 Share I am also keen on the slot like you have it there where you can still run the bike with gears if you need to. This is my current mish mash of a SS ....JUST CLICK HERE FOR THE PICS
hillbilly Posted July 21, 2010 Share I've been riding a 456 Summer Season for the last 8 months and really loving it. A great trail bike - running it with gears and 2.5 tyres. It flies down tight singletrack and takes the edge off in the rough stuff. Highly reccommended, a really fun bike.

hillbilly Posted July 21, 2010 Share Hi HB Are you Cape Town based by anychance? Would love to take a look at the bike if you are. H Sorry, based in Mpumalanga. There are a few in CT though, I think 'Moretrails' on the hub has one, otherwise ask Kiwi who has one down there.
Hairy Posted July 23, 2010 Share Moretrails was kind enough to let me have a spin around town on his 456 Summer season and all I can say is that the bike has such a good natural feel to it. Anybody wanting to buy a Scott MC frame. I need to free up some Z.A.R. Hairy
