_Daemon_ Posted August 15, 2007 Share Not impressed... And I usually quite like FA stuff....had it for about 6 months now...probarly shorter and I have ripped a seam twice(HAHAHA they are the right size), the FA logo came off within the first week of having them, and they seem to wear through quite quickly on the inside of my legs close to the saddle... Will try capestorm matrix bibs next...or maybe splash out and go for Assos.
AndreZA Posted August 15, 2007 Share Pheh!, luckily they did not have my size when I was shopping. Ended up with Cape Storm Matrix bib and went back the month later to get a second pair. BTW, it's cheaper to buy from a bike shop then the concept store.
Red Zone Posted August 15, 2007 Share I rode the Epic on Matrix Bibs, absolutly faultless, great strong fabric, good construction, good fit and comfortable. No need for assos in my opinion. And had a big stack and the material survived. PPA members 10% discount.

Mark C Posted August 15, 2007 Share I've tried them on and they don't seem to fit quite right. Guess it's just the way they're cut... Went for the trusty Anatomic bib.
Marius Posted August 15, 2007 Share I got a pair of CapeStorm Bibbs and I have to say the SUCK! The pad is to small and the thing is scaving cm's off my ass!
Red Zone Posted August 15, 2007 Share Marius how old are your bibs, the old ones where apparently realy uncomforatable with bad padding, the new ones are a substantial improvement
Marius Posted August 15, 2007 Share they are still new (2months), only had them on a few times, I try to avoid them as much as possible cuz it's not easy getting into the bath with raw spots on my butt. Lucky I got 2pairs of Assos, I think CS should have a look at that pad and do the same.Marius2007-08-15 06:49:

Dicky DQ Posted August 15, 2007 Share Try the Prorace, feels like you are wearing too little and that the shammy is too thin, but my goodness they are cool and look after your ass.

Thug Posted August 15, 2007 Share Recently bought myself some of the CS Matrix bibs. Needed a couple of washes before they had bedded in properly but seem to very comfortable. Also have the Pearl Izumis, also comfortable.

Gman1834 Posted August 15, 2007 Share Same here. Recently bought myself some of the CS Matrix bibs. And i must say very nice. Must say they are my first bib?s, I like the low cut in the front, makes a pit stop a lot quicker. Sorry to much info. I just had to share.
