Whats the difference in Travel?

Will your frame void its warranty with the new travel if iots deifferent?

Is the Skareb an air fork? (Positive or positive and negative)

Does it have lock-out? (Remote or on top of leg)

It's a air fork. It has remote lockout.

So I should get it then?

You won't look back .. the Skareb has a good feel and should be a far better ride than the Dart.

I had one before and she felt really good!

Skarebs are good forks if you can get it for a good price even better,

Have it serviced before you put it on the bike, will be worth it.

Keep up the maintance it will last a long time.

Consider it bought and fitted. The lock out is a bit funny.

This morning on my way to Work I locked her up and it stayed locked.

Read on the internet this morning that the remote-lockout is a bit crappy. but My bike tech will fix it tonight and it will be on the handle bar for show only.

Pity though....

Thanx for the advice!!!!!!!!!!!!

You havent upgraded, you got a NEW ride.

Air opposed to polymer spring, you will feel like you floating. Who setup the air for you?

It does ride nice. I went to work with my bike today and could feel the change. Will be taking my baby up to the mountain on Thursday after work. One last training ride before the race on Saturday. Doing the 30KM in the Burger mountain bike Challenge. First race ever.

Close buddy of mine he's a Bike nut. Very nice dude and he knows his stuff. I think he's been working on bikes for a good couple of years now!

The intenals can be cleaned usualy if the lock out won't work the intnals are all gunked up usually the return spring. Can be taken apart and cleaned.

Its a relatively easy process

Hopefully your bike tech will sort it and the remote will work again.

Enjoy the new fork.
