DownhillingKing Posted August 9, 2010 Share I was woundering if anyone would be able to give me some tips on how to complete a full 360, off a jump on a downhill bike? My attempts so far havn't been very succesful.
Ghostface Posted August 10, 2010 Share Use your head. if you turn your head around and spot your landing over your shoulder, you'll spin better. Where your head goes, your body goes.

Peach. Posted August 10, 2010 Share With the head thing try turning into it harder on the lip before take off, I can only do it into foam. My balls haven't dropped yet
DownhillingKing Posted August 10, 2010 Share Do you guys rate that practising on a BMX would help?
Peach. Posted August 11, 2010 Share yip, it would get you use to the right movement and its a bit easier to spin cous of its size and weight.Your DH bike you would just need more air or to spin harder. where do you live, there is a cool foam pit at Sunning Hill skate park in JHB thats sweet to practice things into. Im landing a 360 into it but still need to build up the courage to try it on dirt
