covie Posted August 16, 2010 Share sounds like fun, though will have to check the distance Stellenbosch - Saturday 0900 MTB SOCIAL rideAnyone keen for an easy MTB ride from Coetzenberg (Cricket Clubhouse)to Waterford Estate and back, on Sat 21st, 09:00 R50 donation in unmarked notes buys you unlimited coffee and a decentbun snack halfway.....total riding time around 2.5 hours....alloffroad, and some on private farms. Respect! We'll have 4 ride stewards, who'll be there for safety and comfort.Bring a phone, and make sure you have a ride steward's # saved(contained below). Any emergencies will be dealt with by sending asteward towards a nearby car park where we'll have a vehicle waiting -ple ensure your medical and / or will mooi up to date. Depending on general afk@k and progress, we'll divide the ride intosome form of natural selection as we progress. Slower okes will learnabout shortcuts, faster okes won't.
