JoeyK Posted September 9, 2010 Share Hi there guys, maybe I am disfigured I don't know, but my heart rate strap keeps sagging down when I get out of the sadle when I start climbing.I did tighten it, but when I start to sweat it sags and I lose my heart rate reading. Anybody else with the same problem? I did a search and seems like nobody has ever had this problem. Has anybody changed theirs so that you have a strap going over your shoulders keeping it in place? Dicky DQ Posted September 9, 2010 Share Invest in beer then you will get a boep and then it wil stay put. Otherwise tighten it properly.
JoeyK Posted September 9, 2010 Share (This is said tongue in cheek) Not to be vane but I have a v shaped upper body, like Arnie Swazzerneger. Girls just dig me, but not the strap. The bastard doesn't wanna stay put. Can't tighten it anymore. Maybe it is to big, but I don't think so.
Minion Posted September 9, 2010 Share Maybe set it up so it naturally rests at the point to which it sags. Otherwise I've heard you can flip it around so the electrodes are on your back.

Taps Posted September 10, 2010 Share Grow some hair to keep it in place. Seriously though, replace the strap and it'll solve your problem. They lose elasticity with time.

manbearpig Posted September 10, 2010 Share Try strapping it to your knob, plenty of pulse there and mine never falls off.
stewie911 Posted September 10, 2010 Share Ok here's another idea. Slick makes clothing that has a polar strap integrated into the clothing. Adidas also makes these, but they are for running. To follow some of the other ideas, try to superglue it to your body.
Wyatt Earp Posted September 10, 2010 Share I told you chaps.Get these, your strap won't slip, and you can play with yourself. http://funny.funnyoldplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/05/man-boobs.jpg

Wyatt Earp Posted September 10, 2010 Share Wicked, Dangle! B)It's a self portrait, in hindsight I had the ISO setting a bit too high and the shutter speed a tad slow.....................and I could have smiled.
