pastapouch Posted December 10, 2010 Share Not sure but Pratley Q-bond might do it, that just sticks anything to anything. Check out pratley's site http://www.pratley.co.za
Crustyy Posted December 10, 2010 Share Maybe PVC weld? Never tried on nylon...
Grebel Posted December 10, 2010 Share Try contact Maizey Plastics. They supply plastics and adhesives.

GrumpyOldGuy Posted December 10, 2010 Share In my engineering company we used to bond nylon to plastic, or plastic to plastic with Locktite 480 - once its joined its joined, you will never break it open - its an industrial product so you wont find it at retailers and hideously expensive at around R140.00 bucks for a 20g tube, but it lasts a long time. Its a "Henkel" product and should be fine for Nylon to Nylon - but if you are concerned call their helpline and confirm with them, they are in Alrode somewhere and are quite clued up I found, they can also tell you where to get it closest to you. Companies like "Bearing Man" and "SKF Bearings" use it so they will normally sell you a tube, or order it in for you. But call Henkel first and confirm, however I think it'll be fine.
