In a way much more of a mental challenge than a fitness challenge (though your body takes shots - at the moment I can't sit on my saddle without excruciating pain so no commuting for at least a week). I try to visit at least once a year (now if only someone can build a bit of of singletrack there in the mountains the place would be perfect..)
