Did Jonkershoek today, Fire hut and then Armageddon from the third contour. Weather and the trails were absolutely brilliant today

BUSY at Meerendal this morning !!

Also VERY misty ....

Bikes nice and wet from the mist .... add a bit of trail dust .... first "muddy" bike for this winter.

Nothing a quick wash and lube could not sort out.

Certainly was a very nice ride !!

Slept late this morning, watched a movie, went to the shops briefly, and only then went for a ride.

Left just before 2pm, and it turned out to be great! The cradle was so quiet, it was almost eerie

Seems like he waited a "longgggg" while if he changed into a skeleton. [emoji23]

The frame cracked on the inside by the join :(  :( Found it strange that it was rather flexy on the downhill.

Not sure if it was cracked and that's what cause the derailleur into the spokes.

:(

No where, mine is in for a service and while it's stripped bare, the frame is going to be resprayed.

Much excitement this side too, as my SC Highball is currently with Bogus the legend ????

I just use someone local, the work from Bogus is too good for my bike. [emoji6]

Hiehie .... WELCOME to the world of a re-build ....

Spending time in traffic to go 4 SS bolts ....  :whistling:   Then again, that takes my mind off waiting for the frame from the painters for a few minutes .... I am more excited than a kid the night before Christmas ...
