Where has your bike taken you today?

Interestingly I've set up a shortish route in the yard as well, but after some garden work last week, my back went into spasms (had fusions done many moons ago) today to such an extent that I had to go for emergency fisio. So now sitting here with my back brace on full of frustration. [emoji856][emoji855][emoji3061]

Nothing worse than a spade for a bad back - sorry

Am I correct in saying that I can't get a 29er mtb to work on this IDT or can I change it in anyway to get my 29er mtb to use it?9db77746507d9939ac58ccb00aba01b1.jpg

Het gou gekyk Bennie en met n 2.2 Maxxis Ikon agter op pas my 29er se wiel net-net in.

Ek sal egter aanbeveel dat jy n slick of net n breë padfiets band opsit. Daai knobblies gaan jou mal maak.

Yip and I KNOW that's not one if the physical jobs with a fused back. Stupid me wanted to impress someone and there weren't even any young girls around other than my kids. [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji85]

It is ok to use a spade to defend yourself against an angry ostrich, otherwise leave it alone. ;)
