TyronLab Posted June 11, 2020 Share Incredible how a bike can change your riding. Was out for a workout this morning, but I was chasing fun and mobility rather than average speed and distance.  Really glad my wife muttered "You're not going to go riding, its too cold and you're too tired" at 05:30 this morning as that's all the motivation I needed to layer up and get out there in the wind and the cold. This bike is an absolute dream off the beaten path, but you need to put your best thigh forward when you're on tarmac. All the more reason to stick to as much dirt as I can! Dusty, gerriemtb, DJR and 13 others

Period.Fair-weather riding is a luxury reserved for Sunday afternoons and wide boulevards. Those who ride in foul weather – be it cold, wet, or inordinately hot – are members of a special club of riders who, on the morning of a big ride, pull back the curtain to check the weather and, upon seeing rain falling from the skies, allow a wry smile to spread across their face. This is a rider who loves the work. Jako De Wet, The Ouzo, Kalahari Vegmot and 8 others
