It really is bleak and dreary with only a pretty church building to brighten it up a bit. Sorry this was in reply to DJR earlier post. Still trying to figure out the new improved Bikehub???? Only saw there was another page afterwards.
MTBeer Posted May 16, 2021 Share Playing on the new Bikehub is like going shopping and they have moved all the stuff in the shop to different aisles. DJR, Pikey and ChrisF 2

Did you stop there or just pass through? Stopped for an hour or so and walked around. Saturday morning. Everything was closed. Was a bit of a depressing place. wildwindfr Posted May 16, 2021 Share Feels like forever since I have done a ride that is not a commute. Did a PPCC club ride yesterday, in the Polokwane game reserve. I then did a second loop in the reserve, solo, to make it my first century ride since 2019. My body can feel it this morning. Jbr Posted May 17, 2021 Share With that weather I ended up not going to Uitkykpas for my workout. I checked on Strava and found a nice climb right after Citrusdal... I love riding that side A climb so nice it gave me a +14w eFTP bump on intervals.icu after a 10mins all out effort, and +39w on Strava (absolutely ridiculous :D). I think I must stick to the road bike for those workouts, the Stages PM+ovals+175 cranks on the MTB seem to give very generous results Edited May 17, 2021 by Jbr Me rida my bicycle, Long Wheel Base, 'Dale and 1 other 3
