Robbie Stewart Posted June 12, 2021 Share Contermanskloof up the hill...the steep(er) route... The effort is worth it though when you point the bars downhill again. RocknRolla Posted June 12, 2021 Share I’m experiencing a lot of poster’s anxiety after the last couple of pages and the photos. anyhoo.. riding has not been my focus lately, sadly. But I started getting back to regular rides, and hopefully the momentum carries. this towards the end of my ride, and with my sense of humor, the first thing that sprung to mind was “ the dry winter air makes me horse…” thebob, Patchelicious, Frosty and 9 others 7

Frosty Posted June 13, 2021 Share Slower ride for most, but not me sitting in front for almost the full distance. Bottom image was a reminder from this time last year, -6.6°C on the ride compared to today where I took my gloves off at 08:30. Maniax Posted June 13, 2021 Share im always tinkering and studying. So adjusted my position (seat position, height, tilt and cleat position). so tested on my favorite stretch of road. Getting more glute engagement and straight pedalling although I found my stance is to close together so back to tinkering on that one. But overall speed and power inprovement. Cut 2min off previous time. Long Wheel Base, Scary Rider and fanievb
