Hi all, @SSCC The topic of reviews often tends to be a sensitive one, with honesty and transparency coming into question when they don't feel heard but we're happy to share some insight into our process. Our 5 star rating system is available across our entire range and we're proud of the overwhelming percentage of positive reviews but while we put an incredible amount of effort into manufacturing kit that's fit for purpose and performs according to the highest standards, as @Bichael Dewing mentioned, our kit is made by humans and mistakes do happen. Our reviews are monitored daily and anything under three stars is immediately flagged, triggering our dedicated Customer Service team to get in touch with the reviewer directly to resolve the issue they reported. While some of these reviews are not relevant to the specific product, completed incorrectly or completely incoherent we do get responses relating to unique issues from sizing to manufacturing faults, historically we have been able to assist the overwhelming majority of these outliers though, hence rendering these reviews as resolved. As sizing was also raised in this thread, it is important to note that our range offers a variety of (intentionally) different fits, from garments made with a more relaxed fit to those meant to be skin-tight and personal preference, body shape and intended use all play a role in choosing the right garment. These stats are generated by an external review platform that's built onto our website and can't be altered manually. We don't make these numbers up.   2. Hi Spinnekop You are right that we are not up to our usual standards. Cycling is a seasonal sport and with that there are peaks and troughs. There are many events currently with demand for small team orders that take much time in the design department. It's cycling mad right now with W2W, DC, 947, etc. - We NEVER want to give anyone the feeling that we don't want their business, especially since we have made kit for 3 years for you - Anyway we have spoken on the phone so I hope we can resolve this.
