Ahoy fellow dirt munchers! I have a question to ask. Has Omnico's service got better or has it got worse in the last couple of years? I have only encountered problems with them. When it comes to servicing or fixing shocks, they only get it rite on the 2nd or 3rd time. Now I thought to myself, "Self, perhaps this only happens to me?" Then I started airing my grievances with my mates and fellow mtb riders, and 90% of them have also experienced frustrating ordeals with Omnico in the Western Cape. Have you experienced problems with Omnico also? In years past I remember them having the royals royce of technitians. Eish.....what has happened to them?
