In the ruimsig area i have a nice route close to my complex. Still stays a bit sick. Showered twice just to make sure!!!

Also took me about half an hour to wash the toiletpaper that was stuck to my bike. That stuff becomes like glue!!!!

Hi Guys This is not for people with a weak stomach!!! Just came home from my special ride. Took my daily routine and went for a ride before dinner. This is where the S!@$# hit. Riding along i see a small stream nothing major, so i drop a gear and make sure I have enough momentum to make it and as I hit it the smell hits me. A burst sewage pipe caused the mahem in my life. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

Cool. I`ll start with a 20km ride. Working hard at getting things sorted for the longer rides.

Still just working on my fitness for now. HAvent started racing yet. Thinking of doing one early december. Do you know of something coming up

Hi Guys Just strted mountain biking and we feel that this is the best thing we have ever triad. Took the plunge, made the investment and loving it. PS: Starting hurts the bum!!!!
