Hi all, I'm new to mountain biking. New as in only ever ridden the Xterra, and never been on any offroad rides before that... Well, I sh@t myself on the Xterra ride and am now considering passing up my entry into the GR300 as I won't have much time at all on the trails before then. My question is - how technical is the GR300? How much of it is the same technicality as the Xterra was overall? The Xterra Rock Garden is not my friend, despite me not falling off! This was to be my year of getting into trail riding but alas, events have conspired against me so I'm looking for some informed and unbiased advice on whether to chicken out. Thanks
