Hi.
I rode in the Nature Reserve on Sunday (26/3/'23) for the first time in about 3 years.
I was pleasantly surprised! Trails are immaculate. I came a cross three 2 man teams of staff out on the trails doing maintenance on a Sunday.
Lots of walkers but very few MTB's. I took the chance to sus it out and I will return often now. Nowhere is 100% safe and I think the Klapperkop incidents gave the bottom nature reserve a bad rep.
Group rides are best I reckon. I'm going to try get more of my mates to join me there. It has so much to offer and is close for me. That place can give you a flippen workout!
